I assume you pulled that figure out if your rump...and you have no real way to back that up. Why not just say 42.34%? It's your made up assumption (yep...about as worthless as all of our speculation on buyout prices, etc).
The computer thingy also has an interview with Dale immediately after the Rio announcement where he stated Rio had very few checkboxes left and had already completed lots of DD...and he expected them to wrap up way before end of the original timeline. 18 months ago we would have placed him in your 90%+ camp...
my belief is anyone new coming in under a CA and prior to making any offer is still going to have have way more than 10% DD on their own relative to what Rio did and if it's taken Rio 30 months to gather that...it will take a new suitor more than 3 months.
