We all know we won't be able to sell a dollar of NPV at full face value, but no way does the BoD sell out at 15 cents on the dollar which is what your $5 CDN is based upon current market values of the NPV profile.
That's really how Paul and company have to negotiate: how much is $1 worth to you? 50 cents or thereabouts in a fairly structured deal?
Majors such as RIO/NEM expand by buying up assets in this manner. I'll buy a dollar for 50 cents every time that offer is made to me!!!
