RE:RE:RE:RE:New narrative !RIO has taken a strategic stake in WRN with the possibility of a buyout in the future. Paul and the BoD have not bent over backwards to put RIO in control. Quite the opposite, as they have restricted the amount of shares issued directly to RIO.
How can any one entity contorl a company with less than 10% ownership of outstanding shares? Let's just say for argument's sake that YOU own 10% of the shares outstanding. Do you think you can dictate whatever terms on whichever schedule you deem feasable to you?
You're frustrated because your timeline and RIO's are not in sync. Guess who loses out on that battle? As far as $2.50 in a buyout, if that is what strong hands, Paul and the BoD were after why didn't everyone sell their shares in the middle of 2021 when we were flirting with $3 USD? Methinks it is because those in the know with patience realize we are worth multiples of $3.
Think I'm full of bluster? I have no reason to blow smoke up your behind because you are more or less in the same boat I am in. I'm preaching to the choir as I fully understand, but sometimes you need to step back, take a deep breath and relax.
