RE:I said Paul was just a stupid donkey.I disagree. Paul is a good geologist. But he's in a role that doesn't fit his skills or abilities. He's not a strong public speaker. He's not a good negotiator. He's not a good communicator overall. He not good at understanding how to build shareholder value. All of those are necessary in the role of CEO or president. He's been the public front guy but that's not what he is strong at. He needs to sit in the shadows and run the company, what he's good at, and let someone else be the public front guy, what they are good at.
