RE:Paul's Explanation

RE:Paul's Explanation Thanks for sharing EvenSteven27

I will play devil's advocate here, looking from the perspective of a long-term loyal shareholder.

This is my take:

Paul's current stance is a refreshing change compared to previous narratives that focused primarily on taxes. However, much like a magician's illusion, there is more complexity beneath the surface.

While he gives the impression of solidarity with fellow shareholders by making a small increase in his holdings, he neglects to mention who bears the financial burden of that increase in his wealth. It's like he's discovered the financial equivalent of perpetual motion, growing richer while our investments dissolve like cotton candy in the rain.

His interests seem to be drifting further from ours, benefiting from time delays that fill his pockets while our wealth dwindles. And it's not just Paul; it seems the entire cast of this WRN drama is singing the same tune, with shareholders bankrolling their jackpots. All this while they take minimal risk, playing with house money – conversely, if we lose, we lose everything.

To clarify, I am not suggesting any intentional wrongdoing. However, this situation feels like paying for popcorn and being stuck watching endless trailers. Management’s task was to sell the asset, not perform miracles. We pay them well, yet here we are, feeling like we’ve got a front-row seat to a circus act.
