New Report just out on Seeking Alpha----Although  nothing here that we do not already know--still, quite well done nd the author has put quite a lot of work into generaing the report.
Following the article one can make comments, express thanks for the effort etc.

Had literally just spotted the report myself... Its got everything in there but main part for me was the below. Although it did say that if support doesn't hold at 1.80s its heading to 1.40s (doh!) IvanRo, IMO, that is why the Partnership Agreement was left open ended to allow other Suitors an opportunity to enter into the Agreement before the Agreement expires in Nov 2022. Also, in a recent video Paul West indicated that if the negotiations between RT and WRN are not completed by Nov/22 the existing Partnership Agreement becomes obsolete and a new Agreement is prepared with new conditions
