Junior M&A

Personally, I find RR an insufferable blowhard, but calling it as it is here:

On one hand says Juniors will never sell themselves with the endless salary/options gravy train, while majors are too scared forever to make that big purchase. Then in next says Gee, the industry sure has underinvested in new projects huh?

What a ridiculous sector this is.

But who knows they will be kept in the casino mining in long term. if takober happen, maybe they will be kept until permiting finish. only ken has some real experience in mining work, he should be kept. other managment has no real enignering experience, they just did paper work. othe BoDs should be removed by Rio, no value.

You don't keep people on only because of experience.  You keep people in because of the relationships they have built with outside parties.  Those relationships are critical to future success.  Nearly the entire Casino team will be kept on after a buyout until at least the mine is permitted and in operation.
