as expected...no volume whatesover.... at a 3 year low 25% below initial Rio buy in ***Paul stated that would be the cheapest they could buy us for*** waiting on next game changer ....grid connect or fiat going back to gold standard....because the last 114 game changers did nothing....lol. Marine - the problem is that hundreds of juniors can say the same thing right now....unfortunately...as i've stated over and over again....no one cares about what we should be trading at in any negotiation with a major for buyout. They only care about what our current market cap is...I've been preaching market cap forever now and seems no one cares. In Paul's latest interview he stated

Whatever happened to all those NDAs that were signed with multiples of other companies - we know Mitsubishi was one but there were a handful more with others - that's definitely worth a question to Paul (imo)

Steve - curious on your thoughts as to why a 2nd bidder only reveals himself after Rio bids. I'd argue true tension only comes about from another bidder who can take Casino solo, entering the fray while Rio leaves us in limbo. Unfortunately, I agree. If something was coming out of all those NDA's, i'd think Paul would have played those cards by now. I mean, we are going into the bottom of the 9th inning  (WRN vs. Rio negotiations) and it's RIo leading 10-0. It would have been appropriate for WRN to play some of the NDA cards in the 7th inning stretch to put some pressue on RIo and also to do something

A few comments on today's posts. Confidentiality Agreements are just that - Confidential.  I wouldn't assume that there aren't discussions with others currently.  We didn't know about Rio or MM until press releases. We all assume Paul is running the show.  He answers formally to BOD, but has others directing him as well - others that have skin in the game

And one last point.....  The value (price) of an asset is the PV of future cash flows X a mulitple.  Both of these can be argued and negotiated.  In a perfect market the product of these should be somewhat equal to market cap.  We're not in a perfect market, in fact far from it.  If I knew how inefficient and manipulated this market was I never would of invested in the

Became obvious after the inaction following the FS/Rio drilling results in 2022, that the upcoming Nov 28 "deadline" wasn't anything but an expiry of the Strategic Investor protections. Yes, frustration is setting in, goalposts keep moving from WRN management and tiring of all the "game changers" not changing the game. I've got 80,000 and have had them a loooooong time. Glad to hear the Federal government no longer has sway over provincial and territorial resource development. Will encourage more interest as permitting should be quicker. Less red tape.

Everyone is spot-on.  This low volume easily allows manipulation the stock price in frustrating, suspicious ways.   I'd like to think that the BOD and insiders are aware of such tactics and actually have the same interests we do.  But then again, perhaps some of them will continue to work for and
