Chinese want it cheap
They play games to get it cheaper and cheaper...at the end they bit for takover for very very low price. It's a shame, but I think management is involved, as they are from same country in majority, and make big profit when it happens. It's a shame to look at that circus! Since this company has been sold to chinese, delaying and lying seems to be standard...
