So brokers or hft is taking advantage of their clients or the little guy and this is a legal way to trade? WOW I'm impressed in the blatant carelessness and just ripping people off... and again this is legal? canot even put a real order in. Well I hope the TMX group makes enough money off of it because they have ruined the Venture exchange forever and will not be seeing repeat visitors
