MGT. has not executed on anything and Mene growth is flat they need to prove something also Turk & McCleod still chirping same old nonsense while Roy hiding behind quarterly earnings statements

10.38 vs 10.30 q o q. With the schiff transaction

Net tang cap /sh is 10.56. -5% in the pm stance  due to pog. ( already regained in oct ) Repurchases at max speed possible ( 1000 p day )  Nice earning

The stock trades as if the cash for the building

Was lost. .the margin rate of this property is almost the same as the company made for 2023 and way better than 2022. Despite some chart damage , it's a true bargain at theses price. Gl

Reverse stock splits

They only work if the company is growing and profitable, are they looking to get listed on a better exchange to attract institutional investors besides higher stock price from reverse split ?

Watch volume on the pullback with sector need to see volume rise when and if another leg up starts so far nothing has changed from the past
