More often than not Market Makers are asssigned stocks to take care of. The Exchange and Securities Commisions lay out some pretty stringent rules in ths regard.
They are Market Makers not some boogy man........they supply bids on the way down if needed and offers on the way up if needed. They rarely build up a position unless it goes one way for quite awhile, and that happens very rarely.
To the person that felt my last post was worth a star, I thank you, 1 is better than nothing. Now you can feel free to post your ideas on why the stock is stuck in the 4 buck range. Unless of course that is all you have, the ability to vote on someone elses post.
