"Some time ago I put CAD500,000 up and purchased a gold position. On a large rally, on a Friday morning PST, I decided to sell at the quoted price, which generated a confirmation of the transaction at the price in effect. The next week I find the sale price was adjusted down significantly, costing me about CAD6,000 of my expected cash balance. Upon inquiry, they told me that my sale would have to be entered in London UK which was closed at the time of my sale, and so it was executed the next Monday! Even though the sale was confirmed and the trade accepted at the price I wanted, I lost that battle and withdrew all funds from GoldMoney immediately. Non transparent, disfunctional platform! They get you coming and going, and of course the promised liaison to resolve the issue never came."
" Fraud! Scam! Unethical!. My funds are locked for many month, while they keep charging me fees, to which I dont agree. I want my money out and I dont want to pay any fees. Give me my money back!!! However they do not return the money and keep charging me. I am looking to file legal complaints against this crooks, and may be everyone should do the same. They have no right keep charging you fees and keep your money hostage. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! "
