Time for long term bonds???
With interest rates very close (or at) peak..is now a good time to start thinking about long term bonds. History shows a very decent returns on long bonds following peak rates.

Will continue to monitor this etf...now at 10+ year low...all it will take is for the CB's to say they are done raising rate and these long bond ETF's will pop. Worth keeping an eye on for sure.

Inflation still alive and contines to drive XLB down. Still monitoring for an entry point on this incredibly beat up sector.

Looks like a 10+ year low today on this one today. Still talks of higher rates likely means it wil go lower. Just wow.

Well..it tried to move up but got slapped back down again. No doubt we got some real sticky inflation on our hands.

Nice that it has pulled up off its lows...however the volatility remains with daily swings of plus/minus one percent. Will be nice when a clearer picture of the inflation front shows itself. Still holding from the low 17's.

Looks like I timed this one when purchasing in the low 17's. Still holding as it approaches 20 bucks just a month later.

sold my position today. It was nice quick ride from the low 17's. Will take a look again if it pulls back.

This etf has pulled back about 5 percent since I sold about two weeks ago. Seems the bond guys feel inflation is going to be sticky. May take another look very soon as I believe by year end this one will be well north of 20 dollars.

Just started to wade in again on XLB at 18.25. Will add on any further weakness. Still see this one north of 20 bucks by year end.
