Clarification needed

Clarification neededI'm confused or others are. Further to the weak disclosure. My understanding is that CBW bought some streams from PanCann. CBW did not buy PanCann, correct? 

Yet in today's FP it says CBW has a streaming deal with HVST and BE. I thought these deals are with PanCann and not CBW. The HVST press relase of May 1 talks about a deal with PanCann and does not mention CBW at all.
