stream are great -- no operational risk etc. you can buy a late stage applicant pretty cheap build a huge facility with the 50 million. and own 100% vs 50% .

Here your paying for a facility 100% to own 50% of the production -- and your basically bribing the management of an LP ( by doing a financing at 200% prem) and more than likely going to take a big paper loss. ..
