i am not sure what your recommendation might be.
I do agree that there is a wave of toxic mortgage waste coming that will bring a lot of the smaller US banks down.
It is really interesting to see how everyone seems to know that all the banks are not putting accurate values on mortgaged properties, but the game continues unabated.
What will be interesting is to try to guess what the event or trigger might be that will signal the rats to desert the ship.
Gold is widely considered to be the 'safe haven', but ......
Curious to know how you are playing these markets
