I don't think owning a small position here would be a bad thing, trying to judge the bottom is a game of chance, if I like the company and see good value then I add stock when comfortable. The PM market is very weak and because it is so small very volatile and can change dramatically, sometimes too quickly to catch the price.
Does anyone know of any successful drilling for water yet?
