I'm guessing TD still has to go up a couple of dollars, maybe to $86, before XTD commons get their dividend.

Looks like the holdings changed For a NAV of $12.50 TD closed on Aug 15 @ $84.25 is the new pivot price.

The div is determined based on the value (NAV) of XTD, which is related to TD stock price of course but it is not a linear relation. The NAV value of XTD is posted on Quadravest website.

According to the website they pay dividends if the NAV exceeds 12.50, and Aug 15th NAV is 12.50, what were the chances of getting exactly the exact number. Guess we will not get paid this month ?

If it is the same as other Quadravest Splits it only needs to be above the NAV for 1 day , 5 days before the record date. So as in the news release, Class A gets paid their 5 cents. Also TD is ...more

RE:XTD - Looks like no Dividends this month

TD had to be at $82 to make the last payment. Perhaps they have done some good trading since to lower that requirement. There should be a NAV update by Monday.
