High yield income & hedge
It's a unique blend of bonds, REIT, and equity etfs, including the famous XRE. It offers a consistent income at nearly 5% (better than its rivals), with a moderate upside to growth. The muddy outlook of 2012 makes this fund particularly attractive. Div income should beat capital appreciation under this condition especially towards Q3-Q4, IMHO.
