RE: RIC@ Kirk 15
"AGM - why would I bother to go?"
Because you continue to strongly disagree with management (quite rightly so I think); because you said you still own a sizeable chunk; and because you probably still know more about the project than most other shareholders do?
Also, yesterday I posted on this board regarding the current situation at GGC. Don't know if you are aware of what is going on there - a group of dissidents trying to replace a part of the current board at the upcoming Genco AGM (see GGC website and GGC bullboard). They have published an open letter to all shareholders and presented them with clear and specific alternatives in regards to what their complaints are, what they want to do different and what new personel they would like to bring on board.
When you attempted the 'roll on June' change of things at PAT in 2007, why is it that you did not do the same and expose your program and your team visibly for all shareholders well in advance of AGM? I for one never had any idea at all of what other guys you suggested to bring in. As it was, it seemed to me like a lot of complaining from your end but rather unorganized (again - from what I read on this board, I think your complaining was reasonable, even if your tone was maybe not so constructive)?
