How's it going at the office tonight Kerber?PAT shareholders down again a cool few million $. Patricia stock losing another 20% in one day. UMJ sucking almost just as bad. PAT practically broke and likely about to loose a vast part of its only valuable property. And was that HQ on the bid again today, sending the price into the $0,16 abyss? Not much comment from Mr.Kerber who is busy slamming those "blowhard bashers". But should the stock ever crawl back up 0,02 or 0,03, look for him to celebrate the "rebound".
This is getting absurd. Kerber yammering about me claiming that PAT would be suing RIC - when it was his information to this board that I relied upon (and which he only corrected a long time after my posting. Coincidence?).
Latest thing he claims now is that PAT can't be losing neither property nor money because of a common "title" and a "joint account". But Kerber, after you have repeatedly lied to this board (PAT suing RIC for $30 million as the latest example), spread disinformation and failed to mention priority facts ($166,666 clause and so forth), how can you expect that anybody would now believe in your newest claims ? And if it would be true, how come that HQ is not turning this into a proper NR? I think they should straight away issue an official statement, confirming that PAT has so far not lost any property and no money from gold sales. And that they will not do so unless a court rules accordingly. Can you arrange that for this board, Kerber? Because your shady rep alone won't cut it any more.
Due to PAT's June 30 MD&A, the company has indeed raised some fresh money. My question to Kerber is why PAT had to smuggle this into the depths of the MD&A of two month later? Why did they not put out a proper news release as they did with their other financings, see NR's of October 18, 2006 - January 09, 2007 - November 20, 2007 - December 31, 2007 - January 15, 2008 - April 11, 2008 and so forth. Why not this time? Was it because they were embarrassed about the latest placement's conditions (one must assume that PAT will sooner or later be in default. Thereafter the rate of interest escalates to 14% !! Nice for the debenture holder...) ? Or was it because the $450,000 raised are nothing when it comes to the total amount presently owed to RIC and others? Let us know Kerber.
And thanks for sharing your precious collection of classic GK postings, the "latest" of which is now 17 month old. Very impressive. Better worry about your own rubbish statements of only the last 14 days or so.
Lastly, you gotta do me one favour. Can you please cut that crap about "just got a few of Malloney's posts via my inbox from a reader looking for comments". LOL Yeah my arse Kerber. That must have been a classic case of one of your double ID's looking for comments from the original, right? The whole board knows you read each and every post here. Your tragic case could never allow a negative comment about world's greatest management without adding your qualified wording.
