Very astute observation, Pandora.

I would imagine that all corporate protect thyself mumbo jumbo legalese is cut and paste, insert name of company here.  Why is this time any different given the progress that PAT1 has made technologically...and attracted the subsets of major support (Cisco), tier 1 partner soon to be announced, acquisition(s) current and predicted, commercial rollout preparations...

If the SP drops tomorrow, I won't sweat it a bit.  Because the next 3 announcements will be imminent and huge....Tier 1 partner, federal (military) government agency iinvolved, commercial launch/finalized version.

And I believe that those 3 announcements will happen within weeks and not months.
