I would think that PAT1 will keep to that schedule to avoid investor backlash, SP hit or loss of confidence if the NR(s) are delayed beyond end March, regardless of the TSX uplisting date. The best case scenario is that the TSX and NR(s) happen by the end of Q1. For a look at what happens when a promised NR is delayed, take a look at Enerdynamic Hybrid Technolgies (EHT.V) and their recent situation with EDC (Export Development Canada) and Ghana.
