They called an audible and decided to launch the camera first. So the focus is now on the sales of the camera and or the bomb material sniffing device they have if they launch that next, which can in of it self be a huge game changer.
your focus seems to be quite antiquated, you need to update your understanding standpoint due to the recent news releases and facts as they have been presented.
