If I’m not mistaken the stock must reach or maintain a certain threshold for this temperate dilution to commence each quarter I gather. Maybe the agreement will be elaborated upon during the next interview with the ceo.
Any stock holder would prefer no dilution, my self included but this is the best application of dilution I have seen in a while. A little dilution happens sometimes, just don’t make a habit of it PAT.
All things considered though, I tend to trust thier judgement, if they deem the acquiring valuable then so be it.
Not going to change the trajectory, will most likely add to it, IMO.
