Perhaps the precoordination issue with FCC approval to proceed with limited waiver is resolved with testing in the works. Wouldn't that just be terrible LOL. Would really suck if intel gathering on the basher side is no longer public knowledge. 

Very exciting pipeline of opportunity. Looking forward to Q1/Q2 news level setting the crazy rhetoric on here.
