First ResponderAnother start up out of Vancouver, BC. There's room for more in the space for sure. Utilizing Wifi is certainly a big play thus why PAT partnered up with Cisco or is it vice versa LOL. That said, wifi is just 1 play utilizing exisiting or new infrastructure to serve clients needs. Its not a 100 yard dash to the winners circle rather it's a well put together pllanned marathon.
IE: Competitive landscape and key vendors. The wireless access point market is dominated by leading vendors such as Aerohive, Cisco Systems, HPE, Ruckus Wireless, and Ubiquiti.
Speaking to royalties, perhaps why the founders are 100% ALL IN it to win it. Stock shares are 1 thing but the big win comes from an exponential and explosive growth company like PAT1 mand its suite of product offerings. The long term plan is slower to take shape but once it does the long term win is a significantly larger piece of the global pie (or should we say penetration/market share). I have no doubt the immense # of leads will turn into signifiacnt sales and revenue. As per MC Its not about the mom and pop shop 1 ofs sales here and there. Its about Enterproise wide deployments "globally".
There's room for many in the space Glbally, perhaps Firstresponder is 1 of them. It'll be interesting to see how things play out for them with PAT having 3 incredible years of experience and relationship building in the space already.
LOL, I do like the pepper spray thing First responder are touting though
IMO glta DDD
