RE:RE:RE:With Turtle gone They are making premature decisions based on speculations. I believe that they decided to let Cronin go due to the upcoming AGM. There is evidently a lot of anger and frustration towards Cronin (which is misdirected) and if the AGM decides to let Cronin go from the board, he would have to step down as CEO as well. Hence, they make this decision as a precaution to be able to find a new CEO before that happens. Since there is only a fraction of votes and proxy votes attending the AGM (1/5 of outstanding shares last AGM I believe?) they have a lot of power and influence on the direction of the company.
who tf wants a sales rep as CEO?? CEOs makes strategic decisions, focusing on the overarching objectives, and moves the company in the right direction and trajectory. They don't involve themselves in sales. A sales rep as CEO will make this company crash and burn.
