As much as I agree Martin seems like a nice guy and was probably in over his head, if ANY of what beast has reported is true, Martin and a lot of others are in for a world of hurt. That is what happens when you try to raise money if you base that raise on untruths or things that are misrepresented.
Whatever I think, you have to admit, like beast points out, it is NOT normal for a CEO to suddenly step down without a replacement in mind or immediately available IF all is good.... This had red flags all over it for anyone that has been investing for more than a few months.
