That's not to say he's a loser, he's not, he's just playing the wrong position, not everyone is meant to play quarterback.
you gotta be able to read the defense (market) call an audible (make adjustments on the fly) gain yards by passing ( setting team members up to score for you) or scramble ( spin a bad situation by stalling for an opportunity to strike) and run the ball in for the first down or score your self ( get out there speak to press, use your talent and charisma to sell the product)
cronin is not a lateral thinking guy, he's more linear, that's ok IF you play your proper position, CEO is a quarterback, Cronin is the guy who helps to develop your plays like a coordinator but he's not .....a player and never should have been on the field, he had no prior CEO experience and it was obvious.
