THIRD - THE TECH - They have failed with CMR. There is no Tech that belongs to Patriot One that has been made by Patriot One available. They are Reselling a rebranded product set at a ridiculous mark up.
FINALLY - Both the newish COO and new CEO are inexperienced in their assigned new roles and especially in fledgling tech commercialization. Their employment history is volatile and their experience in frontline Public company is non existent.
They have both boarded a sinking ship that hit its ALL TIME LOW yesterday, and waiting at the harbor walls fpr these guys are a million and one pissed off shareholders. As of this Warrant expiration, that is about to land, that schitt list will increase exponentially.
