News releases are as common as the events that mandate the release of news. 

If you are implying that some companies hold back news leading up to a financial report, then lets explore that. First off , if the news is classified as material then they risk charges if withheld without cause for more than 10 business days.

Now if the news is just plain good news then that would make a bad report  less bad and a good report even better. I see no reason why any company in their right mind would want to hold back good news leading up to a financial report no matter what the financial report looked  like.

How about if the news is bad? That would make a good report less good and a bad report even worse. I think I see what you are trying to  get at Rick when you imply that Patriot One is withholding news. You feel it is bad news so they do not want to make their report look even worse than it already is. I am not sure if that is the case or not but I respect your opinion and you will know if what you believe is true or not in 17 days or less.
