That is very interesting news. I've done some poking around on the IIFX (Innovation Institute for Fan Experience) site and noticed a few 'coincidences'.
So PAT is a DIAMOND Level sponsor... along with INTEL. The 'media sponsors' include:

Some of the earlier but recent topics addresed by IIFX include:
