The company is a different company..different set of products...different mgmt. he is strictly here to steal from you and I. Whether it's because he's being compensated by a competitor or for his own monetary gain. Although with all the shady practices coming to light from the competition I wouldn't be surprised if it's the former. He knows these types of companies take many years to be successful and retail shareholders that invest in penny stocks normally don't have the tenacity nor the knowledge to wait it out so he exploits that.
