Announcements to nowhere??

Announcements to nowhere??

(This is entirely my personal opinion) What is the reason these announcements have hardly any impact on the share price?

because there are no financial figures attached. when normal companies do NR's they attached financial figures to let the public know what kind of sale it is, it is sort of a showcase to tell you what kind of lucrative deals they are able to make. It's a way to say hey, shareholders, potential investors alike.. look at the numbers we are clocking, jump on the train.

You'll notice this company never attaches financial information to the NR's, why? ( in my opinion) they are not necessarily meant to raise the share price, they are just meant to appease the growing discontent for the time being. Like throwing bread to the starving mob at the roman collesium.

why am I of this opinion??

look how these news releases are handled, one was flippantly released on a Friday with no way to gain momentum for the next 2 days. The next one is released with absolutely no momentum from the other whatsoever. Does this look like any time or care was put into this meal prepared for you to consume.. no seriously.. look how this was handled..

The 2 releases are devoid of any financial figures or fact that will alviate any fears of dilution.

we have seen this before, NR's that just happened to come out when everyone seems to be collectively p!ssed off, the rabble eats the stale bread and is appease for the moment.. then financials come out and we all see the deals were for pennies, nickels and dimes.

This time as you can see the market isn't buying it, and no it's not because of the state of the market, it's because of the lack of detail and consideration of the NR to the market.

no company that actually wants to raise its stock value and attract investors would handle NR's in this fashion, additionally, what are the actual VALUE of these deals, Let us see the numbers..

then we can determine if you are actually WORKING for us shareholders or just biding time for some kind of cheap buy out.

and to these posters who defend every stale move the leadership makes with out any consideration for constructive criticism, you are not doing the company or the shareholders any favors by not calling this kind of disingenuous trash out...

we deserve better..

this entire post is my personal opinion, please do your own due diligence.
