Wow ..now we are talking lawsuits?? What happened?? LolThis is what happens when a CEO does not properly run a company..

No effort whatsoever to raise this company share price or engage with shareholders.. 

His own investor base turns to chaos..

not that he cares... he's looking to flip this house make a quick buck and leave.. 

all in my personal opinion.. please do your own due diligence
