That is not meant as an explantion for all, but it is a reminder that all stocks are under a negative influence right now which can not be ignored when one is talking about what the fair value of any stock is. Stop inflation and lower the prime below 5% and watch what happens.
Last and not least is that you are giving too much credit to Xtract at the present moment. Yes Peter has brought it a long way from the days of the Cronin CMR fiasco, but it is still a company with losses that are double what its gross revenues are. You can not expect the market to treat it like a profitable company until at least profitability is a dim light at the end of their tunnel.
Yes I know Evolve is not near profitable either but I only used them as a reference since a few posters here were saying how well the market was treating them. Trust me, I have no love affair with Evolve and agree with you 100% on their "shenanigans". In fact I had a short position on them from the Summer of 21 to the Spring of 22
