No, I'm sure Evolv doesn't like their SP. But their stock is a dumpster fire, and like I said, if they weren't doing NR's it would be a lot less. Not sure where you get 7 dollars from. $10 would be the logical comparator for how far they've fallen.
As to Xtract's manipulation- shorters have a field day on low volume penny stocks. Its a lot harder when you're 1.00-1.25 with daily volume in the 200k range and trending steadily upward. Too expensive, and too likely to get squeezed. They would definitely look for easier prey.
