Hey Humanist, I would say after that convo with the ex Raytheon guy Joshua during the Chachi Wolf interview, Smart Gateway seems to have a ton of upgradeabillity (probably not a word). And with our own AI group, we should have a leg up on the competition.
And there hasn't been any competitor coming forward with more AI based features in their units that I have seen.
Field is still pretty narrow in that regard, which really reinforces the frustration with X1's lack of traction in the space. It's basically Devolv and us. CEIA gets a big market share but they are exclusively metal detectors (and a private company, thank goodness)
Liberty is still in development stage- despite what they claim.
Of course, this won't be forever, there's always someone capable of building a better mousetrap.
