Any Guesses

As to where the rockstar will be fetched from, Microsoft, Oracle, JC, Canadian, American etc? Should the parent company shifts it's headquarters to the US (co-headquarters in Canada ) to appease the buy American movement and facilitate getting bigger and more lucrative US contracts? Will there now be an aggressive push for a NASDAQ listing?

We can only pray that it's going to be an American rockstar CEO from the tech world. You won't have the buzz if he or she comes from another security company. Especially if they're Canadian.

The pick for CEO will speak volumes about where the company's future direction lies.  Total speculation, but I think it will continue trending toward the big money. That will be 'Murica.

Nightstocker / Baron, great points. I also think if they go the America route for the CEO there is a high probability the home office will be relocated as well (to Silicon Valley maybe). MC eluded to consolidation in the PR so hopefully sooner than later they define what all this means, God will.

MC can go out like a true hero if he can secure a high profile, Silicon Valley CEO for Pat. Imagine that. I'd make a statue for him. MC eluded to a lot of things. lol. What's "PR"?

In my experience - and it could just be bad choices on my part over the years - but Canadian CEO's of small emerging tech companies do not have a good track record. We're so much better on the inventing and developing side but when it comes to succeeding on the growth stage I have had to give them a 'D' grade.

Americans are more finance driven. I must say they are very savvy when it comes to marketing, way ahead of the rest of the world as you can see with companies like MMA. They got the entire world to buy into their shananigan (very persuasive). I think we will be in for a surprise with the pick. Will most likely cost a lot of company shares for this guy as well.

The upside is greater than the downside so maybe I should consider cost averaging down while the price is this attractive.

Completely agree Jah...I am getting ready to do the same on Monday (when some funds become available to me)...

I agree. They are getting an American CEO. I also believe that part of company will move to the U.S., such as Business Development, Sales and Marketing etcetera.
