I think we should reduce the number of board members all together, if six board members couldn't get us past a dollar by now then they are just worthless members gobbling up company paychecks for nothing. I say cut it down to five and trim the fat from here on out, if we don't se any progress, trim another until those bums start making things happen, all this so called experience in this

I think one should take into consideration that aside from the tribal knowledge Cronin has and brings to the board, that voting him out may trigger him to sell his position. I don't think that would be good for shareholders. I think he owns about half a mill. I get the frustration with his performance as CEO and share that sentiment but having him in a board capacity would have a much

Brokenmantra: If he were to take such a drastic action because he is voted off the Board then it tells a bad story that he has no faith in the products. If the future is bright as he has painted then nothing should push him to unload due to the potential for a massive payday.

The fact that Cronin might sell his shares is not a good reason to keep him on the board, in fact that sounds a lot like blackmail, i don't give a rats a$$ if Cronin sells his shares or not, i mean if he does it wouldn't exactly be a mystery as to why... nothing he has done has shown me he should be advising on that board, how much time and money did he spend on the " covid solution

I second all of that. Turtle was a plug-in. Most, if not all, deals fell on his lap. Partnerships, acquisitions, you name it. Fell on his lap. And the whole Covid solutions thing, geez! Seems like he wanted to bet the farm on it, he was so adamant in concentrating all efforts. Turtle be gone! dontfollow i swallow's panties are bunching up. Rick311: If he is voted off the Board it would make sense that he would be buying instead of selling if the products are as good as he claims. Considering he wouldn't be privy to inside info anymore he would be loading up cuz to avoid the ship leaving him ashore.

Don't worry, noone will be voted off the board. Shareholders can only vote "for" or vote "withhold", not actively vote "against" and then it's up to the board themselves to act upon the result if they wish. However, I guess they will step down voluntarily if enough votes are withheld based on last years vote and the integrity of the board members.
