Buyout Timeline…
Let's assume a buyout is in the works...like I mentioned recently I would imagine it would be after a convergence of a few major milestones..e.g., DHS, more OVG venues, perhaps expansion of oig work. How far away do you guys think (if something was in the works) such an announcement is currently? Early 2023? Late 2022? Just curious what the groups thoughts are? The more I look at all the facts the more I think this could be in the works. Certainly not taking credit for being the first to think this is happening but I'm only jumping onboard to this possibility recently. I know not everyone is a fan of buyout at this stage as well..not debating that..more of a speculation of timeline discussion.

They would propably need to have league approval and dhs in place first.

I think you guys are exactly right. Dhs would have to be in place first plus a couple high profile wins. Then all bets are off. If someone has been eyeing Pat for a buyout that is all they would need to take it to the next level. Let's just hope that if that happens a decent offer will follow. All speculation of course.

They've had the DHS application in for a long time now. I agree, having DHS certification is a big plus. I would also imagine there would be a window pre- buyout process to jack the SP with some big contract announcements. If I were betting, I would say early to mid 2023. Total speculation on my part.

If the sp goes anywhere from $4 and up I am happy.
