In my personal opinion, I view this CEO as a chief developer, he is a proper and more qualified version of the previous CEO in that respect. Leadership has developed and innovated this product into something unique and special & he absolutely belongs with the company.
That being said, here is a problem, Leadership does not know how to properly illustrate promote and sell this product.
the story and the uniqueness of this company is striking and compelling, the rebranding of it is spot on.. with no clear plan on how to exploit and promote the potential of it.
Leaderships plan sounds contradicting, on one hand he says he wants a targeted approach of advertising and marketing and therefore concentrates on only arenas, he even still is dismissive of pursuing schools and other sectors alike..
but then he tells you that schools and other sectors alike are actually reaching out to him and make up 50% of potential income more or less...allegedly.
so here is half of your earning potential that you did not pursue.. that your (expanded & underperforming in my opinion) sales team did not solicit and create, in fact.. you had know idea this demand was out there because you did not promote to them.. instead these people had to find you..
So how many more are out there that you refuse to aggressively pursue??
There is also a lot of talk about an inflection point, what inflection point??
the only real inflection point, in my opinion, is PROFITABILITY.
everything else is speculation. Is is speculation valuable.. in my opinion yes, but the company doesn't know how to exploit that either..
hence an undervalued stock...
so no profitablility.. no speculative value because of no promotion and illustration of company or story .. and no aggressive outreach to people who are actively pursuing us and make up 50% of our potential.. with an admitted dilution coming.
this company has managed to dramatically increase product value without raising the value of the company or its stock..
THIS in my personal opinion makes this company RIPE for a buyout at a dirt cheap price.
This entire post is my personal opinion.. please do your own due diligence.
