He will lie, make up stories, call them facts and find ways to create doubt in mind of potential and current investors so the stock doesn't take off. He won't let the emotional momentum build so that stock stays at lower figures and investors loose money.
His story about "my daddy lost money" is all lies. He is a paid basher from a competitor or some other vested interest.
Teddy and Nightstocker are probably disgruntled investors but have lost perspective. They want the stock price to be $2 and they want it now. And until then, nothing the company does is going to be right or good enough. Sometimes people find their reasons to suffer.
