Ridiculous 500 share trades continues

The trades of 500 Xtract shares at a time is still happening roughly every 2 minutes. Between 2:30 & 3:30 today, there were 36 trades of 500. Most of them are through Morgan Stanley, but a few are through Instinet Canada. I have never seen this type of trading pattern before. Anybody else seen anything like this?
