I believe it's a v good sign that they haad to upsize the offer, means demand is high, let's hope its because someone knows some good news is coming.. especially if it's the DHS cert..  glta

Pretty sure P/E didn't want to sell any more shares to retail investors, but When Legal,HR , noticed him buying Vaseline by the gallon, it could considered be sexual harassment.

I've actually been adding last week, more today and will be buying offer with warrants as well, average is down a lot in the last week or so .

So I go onto my Fidelity account and it says I might be able to make money by lending my shares out , 9.875 % , who the heck is shorting us now, we are at historic lows .

That's weird. Maybe there is so little money to be had, the shorters are trying to short other investors. And we must be at rock bottom if the SP is 48.2 cents. 48.2? We are down to tenths of a cent? Why even bother? I've never been a fan of half cents, and tenths is just pointless.

Yeah, hopefully P/E will be able to get the share price up to a decent level, if he's going to do a reverse split to move up to Nasdaq it needs to be 2/1 , or 3/1

Agreed, Redneck. Don't run to the NASDAQ with a desperate 10-1 RS. Get to break-even on the bottom line, DHS, and then pound the zone with good quality (preferably multi-venue, like school districts or hospitals -would love to see VA hospitals expand). I think Xtract can hit the big board with heads held high if all of those objectives are met, and a modest 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 split.

Exactly, and put the word out that no delution or capital raise is in the foreseeable future. This has been weighing on the share price for a while now .

Full on with you boys.  I'm having nightmares thinking about some crazy 5-1 or worse RS.  Let's spend 12 months if we have to working on our share price organically, and then do a nice 2:1 when we're sitting at $2+ a share and doing $10M+ profitable quarters.  This isn't pie in sky.  This can happen soon.  Then we make the move to the 'Daq and dominate

Looks like somebody is trying to walk the sp down again. How low can it go? Hopefully the shorters get their a$$ burned bad soon when DHS announced...or is somebody 'in the know' trying to scoop a few pennies during the wait? Very frustrating during this lull...only a few days to end of fiscal Q3

Yajne I noticed the flurry of same-seller trades at 11:28am, but total shares sold was quite low and everything since then looks pretty normal with different sellers and different buyers, etc. Overall is very tiresome and boring though. LFG for crying out loud! Still 6 weeks till Q3 results and call. Seems an eternity. Begging for DHS and some sports team venues to kick-start our SP a little

Everybody lined up for financing, supposedly big interest towards x1 at 0.51. Now 18k sell orders at 0.465. Extremely frustrating and this gotta be last financing at these levels. Investors are too used to collect bargain stocks. I dont mind about diluting at such if returns but seems like loans will do better. Lets see what next week brings.
