Florida Panthers

Ok, someone explain this to me like I'm a six year old....

Xtract just congratulates the Florida Panthers on a "fast and frictionless way to win the first Stanley Cup".

Using the Panthers logo.

So we can say we can intimate that we have the Panthers contract on the website but a news release violates the NDA?

The other possibility is that they don't have the Panthers and are using the Xtract tag line to insinuate that they do.

What is going on with this company?

I can only say that in ydays game they used some old school metal detectors. But yeah its weird. Good news I assume.

Were you at the game yesterday, BaxBax?
Comment by Baxbax on Jun 25, 2024 1:25pm
Nope but on live tv they had long shots outside in front of those detectors. Dunno about vip entrance or such. But yeah some 10 lines at least on tv.

I would imagine if they just got the Panthers contract, implementation wouldn't happen until the offseason. But again, no way in hell Xtract uses the Panther logo and then Xtract tag line together unless they have a contract.

Of course. I recall panthers were on the call with msg security dude. But good stuff, even better if they could announce it properly..contract is there for sure. Peter is many things but mostly cautitious.

I simply do not understand why sports teams or any public venue would hide security improvements which enhance their customer experience via NDA’s. Them not disclosing security details I can understand but I can’t see any reason why they would not promote enhanced security in conjunction with enhanced customer experience.   Are there really NDA’s or is there more to this story?

Yea....sure seems to me like they're letting the cat (Panther?) out of the bag without actually letting the cat out of the bag! So Xtract of them to say something without actually saying anything! Jesus H!
