Why would anyone be willing to sell their shares back to the company at $12.58 when you could get $12.85 or more on the open market?  That's the main issue I have with this.  I don't ...more

Why not increase the dividend to say $2.00 annually?  That would return funds to all shareholders and would have the benefit of increasing the share price.  Depending on where the market ...more

I agree that they could increase the dividend, but from 15c to 75c? If they had chosen a 20% payout, it's likely they will stick to a 20% payout. Why would they suddenly go to a 70% just because ...more

It is puzzling. Plus, the stock is going to be 30% less liquid than it is now, which is already pretty bad. Good luck buying or selling.

So if Yellow is buying your shares at $12.58.Why would anyone buy at market price today. And if you bought your shares at $13.00 you would lose 0.42 a share Yellow  buys. If Yellow only buys 30 ...more
