2020 started out fine, with revenues stabilized at $88.3 m for Q1 and the same for Q2. By Q3, the effects of Covid on mostly small business segment began to show in revenue declines, as Q3 revenues decreased to $80.3  m and to $76.7 m in Q4. You need to compare year over year. There is seasonality in their business.

Small amount of FOMO. They aren't worth much right now, so just letting it ride. They need to repackage what they do/sell and market it as a digital or SAS provider to SMEs. Thryv is the old Dex Media. It's still hot garbage, but they have a small but growing SAS type business they love to talk about. The market loves that kinda stuff. I even look at a company like LEE in the US...still ...more

FOMO, is a good reason. If fundamentals are right, patients should be rewarded. Yellow has been a frustrating ride to say the least. I'm still very optimistic. Being debt free soon, FOMO is large.There will be many options going forward. I'm sure Eckert is lining up the last of his ducks nicely. I want a boom in June. We waited long enough!
